I have been planning a trip to Greece. I found in the portal a listing for this company IDTS. I want to know if anyone has used this company in the past, and if they had any problems with them. I asked them if they offer any travel insurance, and they said no. I asked them if there is a payment schedual for the trip, and they said I had to pay for it up front. These answers made me uneasy about booking with them. I am a fairly new nonrev, and I wasn't sure if this was normal for nonrev companies. There website is www.idts-ca.com let me know what you think. The Grecian Holiday package is very resonable. Is it too good to be true?
    Thank you,
    Eileen

HI! I've been familiar with IDTS for several years now and have monitored their web site at times for "good" deals, BUT I have never booked with them. . . . However, I do know that in ALL my nonrev bookings that I have ever made (usually for cruises) I had to pay for it when I booked it. Since it amounted to a few thousand dollars I know what you mean when you say you don't feel totally comfortable. But since nonrevs usually book so close to the time of departure, it's not unusual to have to pay up front. Remember to always put it on a credit card--that way you can always dispute it with the cc company if there is a problem. Have a great trip--Jean H--flyinlow
