does someone knows some way to upgrade with a normal ZED ticket? even "out of the rules"? does someone know some kind of trick like speak with the crew, ask for a business place or so?
I wil do more than 12 hours and the possibility of be in business class is really a task!

There are no 'tricks' to being upgraded. Rebated travel is a privilege, not a right. These days you can buy some pretty decent nett fares in business class from certain carriers, some give other airlines ZED/C class levels (enquire of your interline department).
