Just checking to see if there is a website that can be used to calculate ID90 fares. I have to call my pass bureau and they are less then helpful.

    Thanks to everyone here!!

A reservations agent should easily be able to help you if you can't find a website that calculates the amount. If you have a specific place, I could probably figure it out for you. Just give me the specifics (city pairs and what the pass discount is like ID90 or ID75 off of what fare basis) when I'm at work.

I doubt very much that you'll find a website that can do this for you, accurately. ID90 agreements are bilateral, so two carriers can agree to different terms and conditions (e.g., which fare to discount and what discount level). Your agreement with XX, for example, may allow you to discount off the highest unrestricted fare for which the booking code is Y, while your agreement with YY may allow you to discount the lowest unrestricted fare but require that you collect the higher of the discounted fare vs. the minimum fare agreed between YY and your airline.

This is why ZED is so much easier!

No site will give you the fare with the taxes.
Pay attention there are a lot from GB and the YQ (fuel surcharge) is levied on ID90 which can bring the price of the ticket very high.
Note the YQ is not charged on a ZED ticket.

Actually ID90.com's Fare Calculator, to which only a handful of airlines subsribe at the moment (e.g., NW, AS, AX, AQ) does quote fares + taxes. The taxes are not always spot on because of the fluctuation in exchange rates, but they're close enough.

The YQ, which is an airline imposed fee (not a fee remitted to a government or airport authority), is not applicable to ID90 tickets either, if they are issued by the employing airline. The fee is not interlineable, which means that if airline XX issues the ID90 for travel on YY, YY cannot bill XX for the the YQ it collected.

Some airlines have bilateral agreements to bill for this and, since ID90 is not covered under a multilateral agreement, they can chose to collect the YQ for ID90 tickets. Under the conditions of the multilateral ZED agreement, carriers cannot collect it at ticketing and cannot collect it at check-in.

AA & CO do not have a ZED agreement.

Even for ID90, CO should not be collectin the YQ from AA employees at check-in, because this is not done reciprocally, but there is nothing in most ID90 agreements to prevent that.

If/when AA & CO change their agreement to ZED, then CO will not be able to justify the collecting this this fee, if the continue to do so.

Maybe I was not clear sorry.
The YQ was not collected at check-in (I was just making a rate sheet) but is included in the tkt price.
