Marshelle is correct--it's not on delta.com because this rule applies to employees and pass riders
beginning July 6--one checked bag limit for NR's
ATL/JNB
ATL/DKR etc
several markets are effected--some bump carry-on NR ahead of bag checking NR

I have also recently flown to both Cape Town and Joburg and I will not be surprised when the JFK flights restrict NR bags.
