I was watching this Qantas ad, and something struck me. The pilots were wearing their hats on the flightdeck.

What, are you saying pilots don't always wear there hats? Geez, next thing you'll be telling me flight attendants don't always smile at every customer and reservations agents don't love to spend 30 minutes with a customer who has no idea what they want but they want it at the cheapest price!
