About LinkBacksOK, you've seen them come and you've seen them go. But what are your top three favorite airline slogans/taglines?
Of course you can add a slogan of your own. These are the ones we thought of while watching two football games.
AA- Something Special In the Air
BA- The World's Favourite Airline
CO- The Proud Bird With the Golden Tail
DL- We Love to Fly And It Shows
Eastern- We Have To Earn Our Wings Everyday/ The Wings Of Man
NW- Some People Just Know How To Fly
Pan Am- You Can't Beat The Experience
PSA- Catch Our Smile
QF- Spirit of Australia
WN- You Are Now Free To Move Around The County
SQ- Singapore Girl - You're A Great Way To Fly
TWA- Up, Up And Away On TWA
UA- Fly The Friendly Skies Of United
Western- The Only Way To Fly

Far Better to have listed and lost, than to have never have listed at all.
I think a play on my motto would be a good slogan:
"wherever we go, there you are"
I find it humorous that quite a few of those airlines are no longer with us...

Just for your Jumper, a Northwest Orient commercial, circa 1950's B&W, the quality is poor but you can definately here the bong.
Northwest Orient- 1950's
American Airlines- when the slogan was -"Doing what we do best" One of my favorites slogans(LAX hanger has a little role)

I always liked "Delta's Ready When You Are."
How about HP--America West, What We Serve Is You.
US--USAir Begins With You. Then the employees made stickers that said USAir begins with US.
