You're flying into NYC with a winter storm warning in effect; M767 I do love your optimism. Good luck!

Where in the world is M767???

By the numbers look at Friday's airline cancellations

    AA/Eagle- 200 flights in/out New York. 10 Philadelphia and roughly 80 Washington

CO- hub at Newark canceled roughly 300 mainline flights

DL- canceled 500 flights throughout its system.

    B6- scratched 80 flights

    WN- had 297 cancellations

So the question is, where are M767 & the Boss???

Boss is in FCO, likely ready to have dinner w/crew. Mrs has gone shopping at Eddie Bauer (website and stores 30% off all day) and come back to finish laundry. She will be making spicy shrimp Asian noddle soup for herself this evening. No longer sorry about her stranded at home status, she should be heading to a wine tasting in a few hours and after that will hardly care about snow, cx's and similar rot...
Mrs is also actively looking for a safari package to Mkuze Falls in Zululand and possibly combining with a luxe stay at Vic Falls in the fall...so, screw the weather in Feb--move on!! (can I say that or will I get bleeped??)

...so, screw the weather in Feb--[/b]
Considering the record snowfall in the Northeast thiis winter; I think "screw the weather in Feb.." is an appropriate response.

BTW have some friends in Hawaii, tsunami sirens going off.

Obviously, parts of Chile are not so pleasant today, either.
