FYI--make sure the flight you want to Hurghada is a nonstop--they have some that connect thru and you could get bumped. It is typically quite cheap to buy a counter ticket if you can't get on. Check the dates for local holidays and be flexible--local Cairenes travel weekends starting on Friday and when it's hot, it's a very popular destination. We got caught trying to get to Luxor and it was a short holiday--and we bought a cheap one way.We used our ID90 to come back (around $30 each) We flew AF to CDG so that was AF and we listed on their website. We'll only stay there 1 or 2 days. Most of our time will be spent in Hurghada.
