Positive space and Non-rev on same flight
Is it possible to create a listing for non-revenue passenger when this one has a confirmed ticket. In other words, i have a confirmed coach ticket but still would like to non-rev on first/business. How the system would interpret that ? Should i check in as confirmed and later activate the non-rev listing at the gate ?

but you can upgrade some fare classes with Skymiles
(is this domestic?)
No standby for flight for which you hold or have ever held confirmed reservation or ticket.
No upgrade using employee status or pass privileges.

I am pretty sure that is a no-no at any airline.
I know of somebody getting fired at America West for doing that.
