Hello all,
i am about to book a tour with CIE tours. The flights have about 40 seats now, but as we know, anything can happen. Do yall know of anyone who will insure nonrevs? The tour fee is nonrefundable, so I'm hesitant to book.
Thanks in advance.

check with interline agencies?
I don't see why you can't insure the tour portion with an insurance carrier? Doesn't the tour company offer it?

We have travel insurance through our union for nonrev travel if I am not mistaken. It is driven in our contract. We were getting fee waived travel for those with over ten years of service pre- the merger, but I think now we will soon have to pay some kind of fee. I think also that if you purchase your tickets with a visa card, they insure you up to like a million bucks. I really don't know how that applies to a nonrev buying a lesser fee nonrev ticket. I would think it should hold water. Does anyone know?
Anybody familiar with Travel Insurance offered by Travelex through id90. How do we get documents from Airlines to substantiate claim that you were bumped from a booked flight?
Gate Agents simply announce that the flight is full and close up shop. You are supposed to try the next flight.
Travelers Insurance. $13 a month..
