I wouldn't count on the upgrade. There will probably be a few Elites that don't get the upgrade, and then the AA nonrevs, then the buddy passes, and then the ZED nonrevs. Officially ZED isn't upgradeable.....that never stopped me when I was a gate agent, but its getting more and more rare to get an upgrade
