Thread: 3 way future merger

The rumor that DL would buy/merge with AS has been going on forever (it was AA years before that) but it simply won't happen. AS prefers to be independent and is making money being exactly that. I could see what would be in it for DL but what would be in it for AS? A wider network of flights? We already have that by codesharing with AA AND DL. As to B6, I could see the appeal but I don't think they want to be taken over by AS and, as stated before, we want to be the quarterback in our game.
