I calculate that total air fare for both me and wife from Iah-Nrt-Mnl x1 Iah-Hnl-Gum-Mnl x1.....Mnl-Nrt-Gum-Spn-Gum-Nrt-Sfo-Iah (x two).....total round trip fare in ticket fees using ZED fares ran me slightly under 200 bucks. I calculated that this fare cost roughly for two people round trip from IAH-MNL and NOT stopping around anywhere would have cost 6,000 dollars for a paying passanger. Maybe cheaper if you shop around somewhere else and depending on dates travelling, and this is only COACH, never mind first class upgrades or Economy class seats. And it would have cost about 3,000 rt for both of us if we positive spaced it with airline discount which is not bad or 1500 rt per person.....but I like the amount I only spend of a total of less than 200 bucks and never sweated any bullets. End result. I got more money to spend when I'm there. Nonreving is a cool game when you come out ahead. I can honestly count the times on my hand of whenever I got bumped. I calculate my nonrev power rating is 99.63 percent of the time, I make it to where I'm going, of course, after planning and checking loads.
