I took them for one flight, SVQ-PMI. No problems at all, and my airline had an ezed agreement with them. I believe this was only my second time flying ZED (first being MAD-SVQ a few days earlier on Iand it was fine. Since we don't really have much for AB people around here, I called their reservations line. They didn't give specific numbers, but they were at least willing to tell me if a flight was worth trying for or not.

I've used them once, DUS-MUC.
Had eZed, and everything was flawless. As usual with foreign ZEDs, I was assigned a seat at checkin, not at the gate. Arrived from ATL, and stuck in customs for over an hour, causing me to miss my original connection. Agent at counter just listed me on another flight without making me jump through hoops. Service on board was just fine.
