Default Air France ezed slow refund

Has anyone else had a problem with Air France being slow with eZed refunds? I requested a refund for the return portion of a roundtrip ticket that was unused nearly 3 weeks ago now and still haven't seen it posted on my card. It's showing one way as used and the return that I didn't use as open in myidtravel. It's still showing as refund requested. It probably didn't help that I just bailed after I checked in because I had to run to catch another flight in order to avoid being stuck in Venice for a day since it was unlikely that I was going to make that flight. I looked on myidtravel for an email address to ask about the refund status but came up empty. Does anyone know who I can contact to speed this up a bit? Should I contact AF directly?

I had 2 ezeds--AF and LH. Charged on 18th, refunded on 19th. I lost a few pennies in the conversion (I used Amex so there was no fee but the exchange varied a wee bit) Make sure you do the cancellation step, then the refund step. It's a 2 part process.
    Try this:

Yeah I did both steps...I've refunded a dozen eZeds over the past year and it's always been very quick. Thanks for the email I'll shoot one off to them and see what they say.

Really liked the thorough report on your site--SEA/CDG flight. I'm with you on the flatbed underneath foot coffins. I'm a bit shy of 6' w/size 9 feet, but find them very restrictive. I think 74s have same, don't they? Even tho the angled pods on trip 7 are kinda skinny, at least they're open. I'm surprised you got any sleep with all your photo work!
PS--Did you get your refund yet?

Nope nothing yet. No response to my email either. And thanks for the kind words. I'm debating about keeping the blog running. It's a lot of work and I'm struggling to get enough of a readership to make it worthwhile. Although I suppose that's expected with a brand new site.

I got an email from ID first, then one from AF. I'd try both steps (cancel, request refund) again; maybe something didn't register somehow.

It won't actually let me. When I try to pull it up by the PNR (where I go to cancel the listing) it says the PNR isn't found. When I try it through the existing tickets tab it says the refund request has been triggered and no listing can be created so I'm assuming that it was cancelled. I tried the email address contact.en.us@airfrance.fr just now so if I don't hear back from that either I'll send in a written request.

I just got a response from the email in the last post and they directed me to an email with KLM that handles zeds. I just shot an email off to them so we'll see where this ends up.
