Thread: Travel Misadventures

Seems like all issues happened out of MNL too. One time bought ticket zed fare, instead of buying round trip, I was under impression they would take the zed ticket from MNL-NRT with a NRT-MNL written on the ticket. What difference did it make, same route right? Zed it don''t matter right? WRONG. Had to spend another night in MNL, after showing up to airport, standing in line, had to get a hotel room that night, there and buy two zeds from MNL-NRT. All this going back and forth till someone was available at the counter upstairs, and then had to use cell phones to call the U.S. to list ourselves. Tried MNL-GUM, no dice, full plane. Barely made it out the next day on NWA. SUCKED.
