Their main issue was NARITA doesn't want to see a Narita to Manila ticket when it should read Manila to Narita instead. The cost was the same but not aware of the taxes differential. I thought ZED was something you could use on different airlines and all that, and segments. I thought that was what zed was all about. Reason I only bought a one way ZED from NRT-MNL was because I was going via HNL instead on my way to Manila, didn't think the segmet mattered going or coming. Just a reversed routing.
