Well I’m certainly a magnet for happenstance.
Besides the “mad-cow” disease foot bath. I also had the misadventure of having to evacuate my Hilo hotel because of a tsunami warning.
Spent a couple of hours on a bus parked on the side of the road with a group of Japanese tourists eating Oreos - would have paid serious money for a gallon of milk.
