While I can see the legal terms you can come up with for why this is wrong, and I do agree that that is kind of a "seriously?" thing that should obviously not happen, I can't help but agree with that thought. I mean... stress leave, really? Does she not look in the mirror when coming out of the shower?

On an unrelated note, I was at a conference for work in LAS, held by IBM. They had a concert with free food and drink (including wine. Did I mention it was unlimited?) I ended up taking some "business cards" when stumbling back to my hotel, uh, just to help out the guy passing them out. I'm sure they get paid based on that, right? Anyway, my wife just kind of rolled her eyes and apparently forgot about it, as when she found them in my suitcase a couple weeks later, she was yelling at me a bit :P

Still better than a coworker/contractor my age. My manager ended up walking him back to his hotel room.
