    Once in a blue moon, Trader Joe's has a Tropical Tendency Trek mix (dried pineapple, coconut, mango & mandarins) which I load up on and have for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Kind Bars are in my bag too.

    Mig, no beignets departing MSY? Gotta be ready for any DFW t-storm related diversions that will make the long flight to DFW even longer!
