Interesting times ahead for unsuspecting New Yorkers.

Apparently the author didn't do enough research. DHS says 2020, according to some docs posted on an air travel forum. I also like that she refers to American Samoa as one of the 5 states.

So you have a RIFD chip in your license. As you might expect there’s big controversy about that here in California.
