When it comes down to it, if the med team says the kid could at risk to others on the flight, he needs to be removed. The parents have no epi-pen and "hoping" Benadryl would work, as suggested by comment, is ridiculous. Who knows? I totally dislike all the pet crap, pun intended, (not true assist dogs) but this story does have 2 sides--like a pancake. I read several other articles and it was justifiable. WN has stepped in to play hero and get the positive media attention and sympathy for the family.
