hmmm--maybe I could use my homemade vanilla w/Balinese beans? It's made w/bourbon, of course. I'm partial to French buttercream (very naughty) but I do like to make fruit fillings like blueberry, lemon or apricot. Wishing Mrs. Bue happy birthday tomorrow.
