I agree with Mrs767. I just finished the VISA process for my parents (the Visa is expected out of the consulate today). The Visa service I used (CIBT), knew about non rev tickets. A VISA processing company can be of great assistance. Make sure you read and re -read the application again (you cannot save it, you can only print it and have to start over again) to check for mistakes. Have all of your itinerary with phone numbers handy. Don't skip any lines, something (even if it's N/A) goes on each line. Use the exact first and middle names that are on your passport. The visa processing company can give you a tip sheet on how to fill out each line.
