I've added several custom profile fields to help us network with one another. They'll only be useful if you fill them out and new users fill them out as they enroll.

Airline - this one was actually in the old forum. It will allow others to know what carrier you're with and help you to find others that are with your carrier.

Job Title - another one that carried over from the old forum. It will allow others to know your job function. You can use the advanced search feature to find others that have similar jobs at other airlines or other locations.

Relationship Status - you can let others know if your married, single, in a relationship or you can select "Unknown" if you'd rather not say. We're not trying to start a dating service here but if you'd like to let others know, you now have the option.

Finding Travel Companions - Let others know if you're looking for people to travel with.

Job Networking - Let others know if you would like to network with other airline employees with similar jobs at different carriers or locations.

Nonrev Hosting - Would you be willing to show other nonrevs around your home town when they come? Here's where you can let them know if you're available.

Home Exchange - Would you be willing to arrange your vacation at the same time as another nonrev so that you can exchange homes and not pay for accommodations? Let others know if you're open to this.

Hospitality Exchange - This is when you have and extra room that you'd be willing to let another nonrev stay in while visiting your location.

Note: Home and Hospitality exchange services for the general public have been succesfully serving thousands of members sine the 1950s. By meeting other nonrevs online, devloping friendships, and using the common sense guidelines listed in the help section, you will quickly overcome any apprehensions that you have about exchanging. The benefits are numerous - many more than just cost savings.

Destinations Visited - View another members profile to see where they've been.

Destinations Planned - Use advanced search to find other nonrevs who are planning to travel to the same destinations that you would like to go to.

To add information to these new profile fields, please select "My Controls" at the top of the page. In the left hand menu, select "Edit Profile Information".

Members participating by filling out these fields will greatly increase the effectiveness and benefits of our community. Why not upload a photo or select an avatar while your at it?

"Location" is a field that we do not currently have in advanced search but are working on adding it in the near future.
