Thanks for the nice website Paul. I will let you know how it goes...plannning for a day in the last week of March. Hopefully MOST of the snow will be gone by then!

P.S. You know what?! ...Your beach chairs there look alittle lonely without any snow on them, I could send you some, we have LOADS of it here

No Thanks for the snow. As I type this they are calling for ice here. Like I've said a few times "I miss my swamp"

I finally got to Martha's Vineyard :-) We had a wonderful weather day, warm and sunny. It is a great day trip if you live on the east coast. We flew into Providence and took Cape Air over to the island. It is a real plus if you can get on Cape Air to take you over, the scenery is awesome along with taking in a bit of geography. Ok, so I had no idea up until the flight over that there were soooooooooo many islands in that area!
A car is not needed on the island, the bus service is perfect. We just spent the day in Edgartown. Quaint little stores, wonderful restaurants and beautiful scenery.
We did sweat hoping for seats on Cape Air on the last flight back (the plane holds nine passengers). There is a ferry that can take you to and from the island, that way you wouldn't have to spend time praying for available seats and watching the clock FINALLY get to that 10 minutes before departure to either hear: yes, we can accommodate you or that dreaded sorry, there are no seats available! However, if you take the ferry you would miss the great view from above!
I am hoping to get to Cape Cod soon :-) Now that I have seen the view from above, I think I will take the ferry over!

Luv2fly, Paul, a word of advice, if it's raining forget about the ferry. Trust me, sometimes even sitting in the middle, facing forward with your eyes shut eating crackers AND chanting "I won't get sick", won't save you.
Keep'em flying
