    Hi Again! Just decided we will need a rental car in LAX and San Diego. What is a good car rental company to use? Thanks for any info. Lois

    We used Dollarr in SNA...$16.99/day Industry rate, very low taxes compared to other cities...like $19 bucks total..(Awesome AP too, that location may cover both your needs, LAX and SAN)

    ...just don't accept the free upgrade..they gave us a Mustang that used gas like crazy, or maybe it was the way I drove it?

    Check with your pass bureau/staff travel office for discount codes. RAC's usually offer you a discount if they participate in your frequent flyer program.
