If you'd like to have a more pleasant stay on Oahu you can avoid the high rises, traffic, strip clubs, tacky tourist shops and 1000's of other tourists competing for the same patch of sand, you can consider a temporary rental. I will be vacationing on the east coast this September and will be offering my Townhouse up for 100$/night.
