I think that this is a Codeshare flight which is operated by Royal Air Maroc and normally as such all rebate travel needs to be ticketed as RAM ( being the operating carrier ) and not Delta ( any Delta staff can correct this if their rules are different ).. also you will need to contact RAM for availability.
