Just called in and checked, fyi 800-894-PASS is the call in #, option 2 for loads.

24 of 37 seats booked, 0 pass travelers listed.

Let me know when it gets closer and I'll recheck.

How long will you be in PHX? Are you flying in on BA? Let me know if you need ideas for doing anything.

    Hi Tim,
Thanks for the info however now found out that we can't use that flight as its codeshare/franchise and not included in our agreement. Don't you just love codeshare

Really, BA doesn't have an agreement with HP? I don't work there anymore, but HP had a ZED-High agreement with BA the last I checked. Maybe they canceled it after the US merger?

You can always fly UA to DEN, then on from there...a bit out of the way though.

Sounds like the flight is operated by Mesa Air. Check to see if you have an agreement with them. I know when I fly on them, I can't price it as an HP fare even if it is scheduled as an HP Express flight and Mesa Air doesn't even file a fare in the market. We still have to fare it as the airline who is actually flying the plane since we have a different agreement with them.

    Hi Donna,
You are sort of right .. its all to do with it being Mesa. Mesa flights in a certain HP range of flight numbers are excluded from our agreement .. silly thing is that some Mesa flights operated for US using a US range of flight numbers ( but for different routes to the HP ones )are included in our agreement with US.

    Go figure !!

Anyhow have given up and am now routing via DFW on AA.

meaning you're routing through Denver, won't that put you on Air Wisconsin or a United Express? *doing this from memory, may or may not be entirely accurate *

OK Paul if you're flying AA DFW/DEN, flight 2065 is your best best, the two later flights are "iffy". I was correct DEN/ASE is operated by United Express/Mesa, United Express/AWAC.

Ah .. not quite that obvious ... you should know us Brits are a sneaky bunch .. and as such we're actually hoping to hop on the AA2205 to Eagle County and avoid DEN on the way out and we've actually changed dates to the 29th just to keep everyone confused
