My sister just made me her designated companion. Can I make my own travel arrangements online through Travelnet? Or is that something that only my sister can do? Doing it over the phone was such a hassle when she gave me a buddy pass a few years ago.

Technically, that's something only your sister can do.

Technically meaning that if I *were* her, then I *could* do it myself. Right?
It is done via her Delta Passport access. You would need her login information and yes technically she would need to do it for you as DL is very strict regarding access

We are hearing rumors that Pass Bureau is going to remove the Passport Password from Travelnet and replace it with another pass word option that we can provide to our PPR folks...Have you heard anything like that???
