Does anyone have the emails of pass bureaus at different airlines? Our company would like to start agreements, but needs to make contact with other airlines.

I would recommend that they call the corporate headquarters instead and ask for assistance. I know our pass bureau doesn't answer e-mails very quickly.

This information is available through various industry organizations. I recommend you contact them (e.g., IATA, ATA, ZMF). Keep in mind, most airlines require you first have a traffic agreement in place before they'll consider an agreement for employee travel. Once you have that established you will be able to easily get contact info for staff travel/pass bureaus.
