Delta does not charge novrev paxs for baggage. nonrevs are allow two check in bags. international flight are also 2 checked bags at no cost. some international flts do have a limit in one checked bag due to weight restrictions like MGA LOS ...
as of now, there are 16 markets that limit all NRSA pax to one checked bag--mostly Africa and several South/Central American and a few Carib destinations.

I am flying BOS-JFK and then to Dubai, so I can now safely carry 2 checked-in baggage on the domestic flight My wife will be happy to know that she can shop in Boston.
