Greetings, a former DL employee, I'm now with SITA. I have some limited flight benefits on a few carriers but am lower in priority of course than any airline employee. So I am not ready to check availability for any specific flights. I'm just hoping to get any advice on the best routing. The trip will be around the first week in June.

I'll be leaving from ATL. My final destination is FAT but alternates in order of preference are SMF, SJC and SFO but my daughter would have to come pick me up from Fresno.

I can use DL via SLC to FAT but it's a commuter on the last leg. AA goes to FAT via DFW (MD90 I think). Can anyone tell me if those flights on the last leg into FAT routinely have empty seats? I may could change my vacation and go mid-week both ways. Any other ideas for routing? I can also use South West.
