Knee defender is a product that prevents airplane seats from reclining. Knee defender
I don't know about this, seems to me if you use this on the wrong person you'll need "nose defender" too.

OMG...someone behind me better not put in a knee defender!!! How dare someone take away my right to recline my seat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How in the world am I suppose to take a good nap??!!!!!
~Luv2fly~
P.S. Migflanker, stop spreading this kind of news!!!!!!!!
I've got to get one! I have 2 tricks. First, I cross my legs and at the first sign of reclining I jump, yelp and grab my knee, feigning injury, this usually frazzles the person enough not to try reclining again. Second, if that is not sucessful, when the person leans forward or gets up I quickly push the seat to "it's full, upright and locked position". Most of the time they don't realize that the seat it no longer reclined.

Oh Randy....please, please do not ever sit behind me :-)
I am going to recline my seat, sorry about your knees, but you know life at SWA and sleep deprivation... I NEED my nap!! And a nice comfortable nap too with my seat in the recline postion !!! :-)
I'm with you Luv2fly I always recline; I have too, I'm usually the last domino.

Oh my goodness...was that some kind of conspiracy with you Randy??? First time EVER, on my flight back from MDW I went to recline my seat and couldn't!! The guy behind me had propped his feet up on the back of MY seat. Ok, I thought...I'll get ya...I moved to my side and glued my eyes to the window where I could see his reflection, the SECOND he put his knees down I QUICKLY reclined my seat!!!
I figured he would have to stretch out his knees at some point..haha..bet he thought I had given up!!!!!!!!
