I think it would be between C and D as A and B are too domestic and my guess would be Pandemonium Scareways as BA didn't exist in the early days and BOAC ( Better on a Camel ) / BEA ( Back every afternoon ) were more rivals than partners and although they had the network they didn't have the business forethought.

I'd also like to lodge a protest at Q4. The Graf Zeppelin was flying around the world in 1929. Just because it wasn't a "flight" and just because it wasn't an airline as such, shouldn't exclude it from being the first.
