For those of you who haven't yet heard, I am no longer at America West/US Airways. During the merger process, I did some job searching, "just in case." It turned out that my job was secure, but I received an offer too good to pass up. I've been in my new position for a month now and things are going very well.

If anyone need info on HP operated flights, send me a PM, I still know and have good ties to people there. I've been trying to convince a few people to join this forum, but haven't had any takers yet. I'll take a look here every week or so.

Good luck too all of you, and let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Good luck in your new job, and Tim, check-in twice a week.

    Tim,
Sorry you are leaving the company. I was looking forward to using you as a PHX contact who could explain the HP ways to this US employee.
I am sure you will be missed.

Thanks to all for the good wishes.

Coyne...if you have any questions, let me know and I may be able to help. If not, I can connect you to some folks I keep in touch with.

I got an unexpected call on Friday from someone I worked with needing help with a report I created. Guess I am missed...I had to reach back in my mind to help him out.

I'm already booked for 2 'positive' space trips, one this week (for a cruise from LA) and in another 2 weeks, a work trip to Vegas. Probably heading to ABQ for work in mid-February for work also. I'm still flying on HP/US when I can, since I have lots of frequent flyer miles...maybe I'll earn elite level. My new company has a 'preferred' relationship with WN, but if HP has the lower price, of course I can use them. I ran into one of my old VP's, and he wasn't happy to hear that WN had this agreement (evidently HP had been trying for years).
