American Airlines has begun testing a new boarding process that would let passengers with no carry-on bags board earlier. The procedure is being testing at four airports--AUS, IAD, BWI, and FLL.
Customers with NO carry-ons can board between Group 1 and 2, he said.
"As we build toward a new, modern American, we are continually looking at ways to provide customers with a better, more convenient travel experience that keeps them at ease throughout their journey with us,". It is a limited test.
