I still say that was a huge ALABAMA blunder. First gut feeling. This man is going to kick a 57 year field goal? How many times you see this happen in the NFL? And these are pros. Second gut feeling. The anouncer mentioned that the ball was still in play, meaning, it could be ran back if the field goal attempt falls short......which it did and the runner ran it back all the way for a touchdown. Third. The Alabama field goal kicking unit, they kept their offensive linemen in there, as though they were going to run down this fast back. BIG BLUNDER on Alabama's part. They didn't cover their butts after the field goal attempt. End result, a burn in the most awesome and right to the juglar finishing. Like a boxer that walked into an upper hook because he got careless. Then, to add insult to injury, they argued for that extra second to attempt this long assed kick when they should have taken a knee to send the game into overtime. Stupid call by the coach SABLAN and he lost big for it.
