I’ve only visited one of the ten, Niagara Falls, US and Canada; it really is prettier from the Canada side. Recommend the ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat tour, it’s worth getting wet.
One more thing - water resistance and waterproof, BIG difference. :cool:

2X each Iguacu and Niagara. Vic Falls is on the agenda for next year--perhaps when Bob is retiring, but we still have high priority and his last 5 wks vacation.
Have done Iguazu & Niagara as well.

What is the area around the Falls like? I’m assuming not as “flashy’ as Niagara (fireworks)
Iguazu is absolutely amazing, if you go, you need to go to both sides. Argentinian and Brazilian... Flying from AEP to IGR if you are lucky to get a window seat and have nice weather you will also fly over them....
The city of Puerto Iguazu is quite small there is not a lot to see (went there 3 years ago), hotel are ok but not great. I remember an excellent pasta restaurant on one of the main street.Quote:

Both Paraguay and Brazil require a visa. Some of the guidebooks and folks on tripadvisor state that if you get the right taxi driver, he/she can get you across the border without a visa or perhaps with a handshake (wink wink). Didn't chance it but enjoyed the Argentine side. Took the boat ride to the Brazilian side. Nonrevving on LAN went smoothly although we got the last seats on the flight back.Quote:
