Animal Information description: Female Bulldog Incident:

Upon arrival of HA#3, the ramp agent noticed that the dog in the kennel was not responsive. He contacted the Lead Ramp agent, and the kennel was taken to the State Animal Quarantine Office. They opened the kennel and the dog was cold and stiff.The owner cremated the dog on October 19.

Cause:Unknown

Corrective action: Cargo fee and cremation fee refunded.
