Have no idea of where the names come from. Also, just a basic sushi eater, years ago on our company website a worker posted his trip report doing this and seemed like something to try.
Went to a chain conveyor belt sushi place and to me was better than a typical U.S. sushi restaurants. Anyways, ate as much as I could and it ended up costing about $17
They are not very good with making rolls, yet. Also, lots of different things on the menu like fries and little burger patties.
