I haven't worked for them, but I've applied and have some experience flying with them and talking to their crew. When I asked the crew (usually the first to complain) how they liked working for SY, they had good things to say. I'm assuming their own flights are free, though their route map is pretty concentrated to touristy areas (which is nice, but if you want to see that friend in Indiana you can't fly your own metal). However, we did just recently get a ZED agreement with them at UA, and I assume it's reciprocal. I think there MIGHT be a cheaper agreement with WN, who flies a few routes out of MSP (can't imagine you'd be working anywhere else) and possibly F9.

What kind of job are you looking for? I'm also pretty familiar with the MSP area (born and raised 10 miles from the airport) if you need any help with that.
