    Default Vueling airlines question

I believe we have a Vueling employee here.

Do you know the baggage allowance for ZED's? MyIDtravel shows 10kg carry on and zedinfo.com shows 23kg checked bag.

    Thanks

You are correct, we do have an active VY member. I'll drop them a line for you.

Seven minutes, now that's what I call a pretty good response time.

Thanks Noeminco, I passed on the information to a coworker.

For what it's worth, I'm fairly certain that just as ZEDs have uniform fare structures regardless of airline, there's also a rule that one 23kg/50lb checked bag must also be included

It's now 2023, so 7 years further and after corona. Did anything change since this question was answered???

I just bought a ticket on Vueling and I received an email with the tickets, saying "Remember that you are travelling with ONE UNDERSEAT BAG ONLY."

Now I think this is just a 'standard email' that everybody gets, whether you bought a 'normal' full price ticket or you bought a nonrev (ISA) ticket... But I would like to make sure. Thing is: we are only going for a weekend and don't want to check in a suitcase, only taking hand luggage, so I really need the option of the 10 kg max "overhead luggage"...

    Thanks in advance!!!

Hi Mario and welcome! According to flyzed.info,

    • You can take a smaller bag or briefcase on board which you must place under the seat in front of you.

There is no mention of overhead luggage so you may have to pay for overhead luggage or check one bag for free.
