American Airlines
Frontier Airlines Inc.,

JetBlue Airways
Silver Airways

Southwest Airlines
Sun Country Airlines. Action on the application of Eastern Airlines was deferred, the DOT said, because that company hasn’t completed the licensing to conduct scheduled flights.
