Thread: HELP! 1st hand experience NReving to Easter Island?

    I have searched EVERYWHERE and can not find any posts on how difficult it is to NR from SCL to Easter Island. Can anyone here help?

    Hi

    I nonrevved to Easter Island last October 2004. The year before I tried SCL-IPC and failed to get on so last year I went PPT-IPC and got on no problem. Then IPC-SCL was also ok but I had a IPC-PPT as an escape route just in case which was wide open.

    The thing is to try and go in the less touristy season. The weather is almost just as good and there are far fewer visitors. From what I heard you can almost forget NR in December-February.

    Last piece of advice. Go! Fantastic place.

    Hey! Thanks! We were thinking of November (late). I have already been to PPT, and it is no longer free for me, so I would prefer to go through SCL and see Santiago while we are in Chile.

    Is there anyone here from Lan Chile that is able to check the loads? Thanks again!!!
