Hey everyone, I've been to Bogota twice and each time I have been fortunate enough to have a friend get my fee paid to DAS for leaving the country waived. This time I don't feel I will be so fortunate so I'm wondering if anyone knows how much the taxes are in total.

You should not have to pay as a non-rev.
I just had to go to a certain desk and they gave me an exemption stamp and then I was good to go.
That was on Avianca.
