VivaColombia handled more than 3.4 million passengers in 2016, representing growth of 17% year-over-year. The number of travellers increased 18% year-over-year on services such as BOG-SMR, MDE - SMR, CTG -MDE, BOG-MDE and BOG -CLO. Since arriving in Ecuador and Peru in 2014, ticket prices have decreased by 64% and 57% respectively.

VivaColombia has transported more than 141,000 passengers on the BOG-LIM route and over 116,000 on the BOG-UIO route. The carrier has also transported more than 295,000 passengers on its BOG-PTY and MDE-PTY routes. VivaColombia plans to expand in Latin America in 2017.
