In my opinion, one of the worst things the legacies do is hire "ready reserve"
Maybe there are some who care, but most I see here, do not care. They are part time and seasonal. They do not have a vested interest in the company. So, they dropped a Medallion bag on the ramp and it got soaked with de-ice fluid? They don't care.
