Quite sea/sunset view. Hummingbirds flying by. Deer scampering about...and an occasional golden retriever...ok maybe two golden retrievers..!! Who could ask for more.

I have the following for rent at airline special prices.

The apartment has all new furniture and appliances. A seperate entrance from the drive opens to a spacious living room/dining area. The double futon can be outfitted for your extra guest. Off this space is the bathroom. Up the carpeted stairs you find a large bedroom with queen size bed. This space opens to your private balcony which overlooks the hills, sea and sunset. No maid service. $90.00 per night for two people. Each extra person $20.00 per night. Arrangements can be made to grocery shop prior to your arrival.

A spacious bedroom can be adjoined or rented seperately. This is an extremely large room with a king size bed and a double sofa bed. The private bath is spacious. A small refridgerator is provided to keep your rum cool. Take that drink to your private deck to enjoy the same sea/sunset. This space rents for $50.00 per night for two. Each additional person is $20.00 per night limit four people. No maid service. Arrangements can be made for an extra fee to have a continental breakfast each morning.

Day trips for sailing, fishing, horsebackriding, diving can be arranged. Several major car rentals are available.

    Hi Janet,

This looks great. I love St. John.

How far is the apartment from the beach?

I am supposing that a car rental is the only way to get around. Do you know of a company with good rates?

Are there beaches nearby comperable to those on St. John like Trunk bay? Where's the best snorkeling and how far would it be from the apartment?

The house is about 5 minutes from the beach..via car. The island is small, but takes all day to go around. Alot to stop and see...lots of kodak moments and swiming spots...a car is necessary unless you stay right in town (Christiansted or Frederiksted)

I don't think you can match St. John's beaches. During the last hurricane, we lost alot of our beachfront. We can snorkel anywhere. There is a local bar/beach just down the hill..Latitudes..that is usually where I go. If you dive, we have the deepest wall ..anywhere.. ( I think)..So...get your stuff and visits STX!!
